Another day of vintage florals!! I love them!! hehe...

Was up at 6 baking sweet treats for my beloved!! choc chip cookies, cupcakes, truffles, biscuits!! PHEW, hard work, they are almost all finished now, just waiting for the icing to set so I can finish decorating them!! he he... I hope he likes them, eeeeek.... & his half home made present!! hehe... I've gone to so much effort, probably too much, but it's our first Valentines, so it's worth it ;-) 

Any way.... back off to being a Domestic Goddess!! hehe...

Woo Hoo

Hey Y'all... I've been sooooo rubbish at this whole blog thing, but I promise from today I will try and update it every day!! he he...

Well where to start!! hehe.... Susan my fave Scottish lady came to visit this week, was lovely to see her, I miss her so much!! I really wish we could see more of each other, but we both make an effort to stay in constant contact, hehe... Also, had a couple of job interviews, got offered a fab job on the spot, so I took it, not really looking forward to commuting to Manchester again, but the offer was just too good, and I guess we'll get used to it..., it's not really any further than before, just more traffic, but hey ho... ;-) still going to work my ass off to get my own lil' label off the ground, I'm acutally in the middle of drawing up some lovely vintage floral prints right now... eeeeek, LOVE THEM!!

It's almost Valentines weekend too... booked a lush little holiday home for me and my babe Andy, & been to Tesco to buy all the bits and bobs for my special suprises, hehe... I hope he likes them and the effort I've made, but then Sunday he's away back to work on the nasty oil rig.... sob sob, I miss him loads!!

Anyway I think thats enough for now... Off to search ebay for vintage Chanel, hehe...

Day 15 ;-)

Hey all... Finished my first freelance project today, WOO HOO pat on the back for me, he he he... it's all packaged up ready to send!! Now I need another one asap or I will just wither away with boredom!!

Been to visit Ange, one of my best friends, she lives 15 mins max from me and we've only just swapped Crimbo presents, she LOVED her I LOVE DICK van dyke bag!! hehe... maybe I should make a few and sell them hehe... I'd only have to sell about 100 to buy a new pair of Louboutins hehe xxxx

Day One...

Ok, So it's not really day one, lol... it's day 14, Yep, 14 days of Murder She Wrote, don't get me wrong, I love a lil bit of Jessie Fletcher, but I've seen the same ep 3 times in 2 weeks!! eeeek!! *need to get out more!! it's not that I've actually been sat here on the lovely salmon pink sofa doing nothing, I've been a very busy bee, especially since my beloved went back to work ( he works on an oil rig in the North Sea, more on him later ;-) I've been fnishing a project for La Senza, and applying for some really fab looking freelance jobs, it's all really exciting, the prospect of being a freelance designer, and finally getting my own label off the ground, it's also sooooo scary!! Being made redundant, the week after Crimbo was heartbreaking, all that hard work on the new season, all the foundations laid ready to GO GO GO, just, for nothing, but I've got to treat it as a blessing in disguise (or so ppl keep telling me!!) I want my own label, I want to be my own boss, I'm 30 this year, I've got an amazing man in my life, and amazing friends... I have no idea what the next few weeks/months hold for me, but it's sure as hell will be entertaining, so stay tuned..........
